Next Project is Up:  Selling 3,000 books of Red Arrow in the Sand.  This book is currently being written by the soldiers in Iraq and will be published at the end of July 2010 with distribution beginning in August 2010.  By buying a book you will ensure a soldier receives a book free of charge.  Help us place a book in each soldiers hand when they return from Iraq.  We will have a number of fundraisers to reach our goal.  Help us make this a reality, honor their service and purchase a book today!

Serving the 32nd is a project of the St. Croix Valley Community Foundation a 501(c) (3) corporation.

Our mission is to bring together the people of Wisconsin in saying Thank You to the soldiers and families of the 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. The 32nd is currently deployed in a variety of locations in Iraq. This is the single largest deployment of Wisconsin soldiers since World War II. These soldiers come from every county in Wisconsin representing the best of our state. Many of these soldiers are now on their second or third deployments.


Serving the 32nd is seeking Wisconsin`s help as individuals, groups, businesses, school and corporations to assist us. We are in need of volunteers, money and corporate sponsorship. Our two main projects are:

Tailgating with the Troops: A Wisconsin Themed tailgating party for up to 12,000 family members of the 32nd IBCT. The event will be held Sunday October 18, 2009. Our site will be the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Madison, Wisconsin. Families and soldiers can watch the Packers game together via a direct video link to Iraq. Some family members will have the opportunity to speak with their soldiers in Iraq. Our event will have activities for all ages and an opportunity for Wisconsin to say Thank You. (Mission Accomplished!!)



Book Project:  Red Arrow in the Sand Our organization found out that the 32nd IBCT is documenting its year in Iraq with the intention of publishing a photo filled commemorative book upon its return in 2010. We have decided to assist in the publishing of this book and to see to it that everyone of the Brigade`s 3,300 soldiers receives a copy of this book. There will also be an opportunity for others to purchase this book in the future. Keep coming back for more details.
